 Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program

This program is designed to help federal employees protect themselves against the high costs of long-term care through insurance coverage. Groups that are eligible to apply for coverage under the FLTCIP include: federal employees and annuitants, members and retired members of the uniformed services, and qualified relatives.  The website includes more information, including an introduction to the basics of long-term care and long-term care insurance.

Reverse Mortgages:

 

Reverse mortgages allow homeowners, age 62 and above, to access equity from their home.  The amount of the loan is based on the homeowners’ age, life expectancy, equity, location of the home, and interest rate.  For more information go to:
